2020 Dream Big Winners Announced

Martin Luther King, Jr.’s famous line, "I have a dream…," has inspired many to believe that ideas for great change start with a dream. At Vantage, we believe in encouraging our youngest members to dream, not only for the possible but to dream big. 

Our annual Dream Big contest awards members ages 11-17 with $1,000 toward a computer to help them pursue their dream. Members’ dream submissions came in via videos, photos, paintings, and essays. With the unexpected hardships and events surrounding 2020, we wanted to stand in the gap for our youngest members and award not one but two members this year.

Breanna H. and Mackenzie G. were the lucky recipients randomly selected and awarded funds to acquire a computer to make their dreams a reality. 

As part of our long legacy in education, we have many resources available to help both educators and students. 

• In addition to our Dream Big contest, our annual Quest for Education scholarship provides $1,000 to ten graduating high school seniors to help them as they head off to college. 
• Our annual Impact Education initiative awards local educators with the opportunity to win up to $2,000. Read about how our 2020 winners hope to use those funds to impact their students. 
• Money Matters is a free program to educate students of all ages about smart money management.
